The mission of the NBCEA is to align industry and the education community to develop a drug-free skilled and knowledgeable workforce that meets industry’s present and emerging needs.  Being drug-free is mandatory to have a successful career.  NBCEA Industry Partners are very candid and forthright about their drug policies.  They reinforced the requirement of being drug-free to be employed.
