Becoming a stakeholder in the NBCEA is a great way for you to join in making a commitment to meet the needs of local business and industry, offer students a jump start on college, while meeting the needs for entry level employment with one of the many industries in Pearland. Your tax deductible contribution would go a long way in helping us achieve the NBCEA mission. The primary focus of the NBCEA is to develop an employable workforce and to encourage students and citizens to stay drug free. This effort is being reinforced through anti-drug assemblies and by having those who receive financial assistance from the NBCEA agree to participate in random drug testing.

 These efforts emphasize the mandatory requirement of being drug free to be employable in Pearland.
