Welcome to the Northern Brazoria Education Alliance (NBCEA) website. NBCEA is a regional workforce development alliance composed of industry, business, community and academic leaders.
The Northern Brazoria County Education Alliance (NBCEA) a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation founded in December 2007 by a group of community partners for the purpose of aligning industry, business, education and government to improve the regional workforce and economic growth.
The focus is on continuous workforce improvement and technology consistent with the needs of industry and business. NBCEA services are available to students, incumbent workers, dislocated workers, Veterans, business and industry.
The program affords PISD high school students the opportunity to graduate with skills matched to employer needs, knowledge to succeed in college, advanced career training and entry into key industries with a lucrative and meaningful career path.
The Fast-Track MSSC (Manufacturing Skills Standard Council) Certification is a four module program that broadens skill sets and heightens opportunities. This and other programs are specifically designed to give workers the skills needed for a career in today's fastest growing fields.
NBCEA offers its industry and business partners a one-stop career center that trains, screens and refers qualified, competent and skilled workers.
The NBCEA also offers short-term training to incumbent workers, dislocated workers, and Veterans that can be a ticket to a new career, higher pay and that promotion you've been waiting for.
